What Is The Requirements for Vietnam Work Permit ?
No 1: You must be over 18 years old
No 2: Have a good health condition that satisfies the job’s specific demands and requirements from employers.
No 3: Free of any criminal record in your country or a national security offense, not currently facing criminal prosecution, or not serving a criminal sentence by the Vietnamese and foreign policemen during the assignment.
No 4: Having a bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent (must be legalized at Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate at your country)
No 5: Having a certificate of at least 3 years of experience working (if you are anexpert) pertaining to the job position at the company in Vietnam.
No 6: Having a certificate of at least 5 years of experience working (if you are a worker) pertaining to the job position at the company in Vietnam.
No 7: Provide the business license of the company in Vietnam that you will work for/with, we check the legalization.
No 8: The company in Vietnbam will need to co-porate with us to sign and stamp documents to sponsor for the employees in this case.

When You Need to Apply for Vietnam Work Permit?
Based on Circular No. 23/2017/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the online grant of work permits to foreign workers in Vietnam, the foreigner’s employer or your agent shall, at least 13 working days before the date the foreigner is expected to start working, fill in the request form and required documents to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to apply for the work permit.
